We recognise the profound responsibility we hold towards our customers, employees, and the broader community in which we operate. Operating our business with integrity and adherence to ethical principles is a fundamental core value for us, extending to our collaboration with suppliers who share these values.
Our commitment entails that our suppliers operate in compliance with applicable laws, uphold individual human rights, and conscientiously consider the environmental and safety impacts of their products and services. To ensure alignment with these ethical principles, we have formulated a Supplier Code of Conduct that delineates the expected standards for any supplier engaged in business with us. This Code applies universally to all suppliers providing goods or services to us, with the expectation that they propagate these principles throughout their own supply chains.
Legal and ethical standards form the cornerstone of our expectations from suppliers.
We anticipate strict adherence to all relevant laws, rules, and regulations governing their business operations, along with the highest standards of ethical conduct, honesty, and integrity in all business dealings.
Suppliers must not discriminate based on race, colour, sex, gender identity, creed, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, or any other protected class under applicable law.
Suppliers are expected to comply with local environmental laws and regulations, particularly those concerning waste disposal, pollution, and air emissions. Sustainable practices and the reduction of environmental impact in manufacturing processes and products are encouraged.
Suppliers are required to implement high standards of occupational health and safety, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Adequate measures and appropriate health and safety training should be in place to prevent accidents and injuries, fostering a safe and healthy work environment.
Adherence to all national laws and regulations concerning working hours and wages is imperative.
Compliance with international anti-bribery standards, local anti-corruption, and bribery laws, including The Bribery Act 2010, is non-negotiable. Suppliers should refrain from offering services, gifts, or benefits to influence the conduct of All The Way7's representatives and ensure their own suppliers adhere to these standards.
Suppliers must unequivocally refrain from employing child, forced labour, or engaging in human trafficking. Compliance with local laws regarding the minimum age of employees and other applicable child labour laws is mandatory.
Suppliers must adhere to all relevant anti-money laundering laws and regulations, implementing internal controls and monitoring systems to prevent engagement in any criminal or suspicious activities.
Suppliers must fulfil all tax obligations within their territories, refraining from participation in tax evasion or facilitation thereof.
Suppliers are obligated to ensure that their subcontractors comply with all applicable laws, employment rights, human rights, and ethical business practices.
All The Way 7 promotes the adoption of individual ethical obligation policies by its suppliers. We retain the prerogative, with reasonable notice, to verify compliance with the stipulations outlined in the Supplier Code of Conduct. Any violation of the obligations articulated in this code is deemed a substantial breach of contract by the supplier, potentially resulting in the suspension, cancellation, or termination of the supplier’s contract with us.
